Wszystko było przeprowadzone bardzo sprawnie i profesjonalnie - Pani Anita wytłumaczyła każdy krok w przystępny sposób, co bardzo mnie uspokoiło. Była również bardzo transparentna - powiedziała mi, co wymaga jeszcze dalszego zbadania i nie obiecywała nic na wyrost.
